Wicker Park, The Notebook, and SessKag

Posted by sushiluff at 04:45 PM on November 16, 2004.

Recently, these movies have been haunting me. Not literally, of course. It's just that, I love these movies. Wicker Park is an obsessive love story that has a thrill of suspense and tension, while The Notebook is just a tragic love story blooming to an eternal-love kind of thing. They're really opposites. But I love both these movies anyway.

One could say I am one hell of a romance genre lover, but that's completely true. I am. I love anything that has to do with romance. Okay, not everything... Usually because I only support hetero. But, love is love.

So for the past months, I've been obsessing over Sesshoumaru/Kagome. Have you guys ever heard of this couple? It's very popular. I guess it's the opposites attract theory. But, they really do have great chemistry together... Although some may go ahead and a disagree because, well, they probably don't like the couple.

If I wasn't such an obsessed SessKag fanatic, I would have been leaning on KaguSess. But that doesn't mean I support it now... In fact, I only support SessKag, InuKik, MirSan, and KohRin in Inu-Yasha. Ehee.

About Wicker Park... I made a blend of it. : D

My goodness.

I woke up with such a terrible headache. Is it because I studied too much Math last night that my brain is going to divorce me?! Gah, yeah, I kept studying last night. Math that is. I don't have a problem with my Science and English, that's easy to pass! Heck, I'll pass it with flying colours, whee~

Anyway, today is the day my cousin is going to pick me up and bring me to the mall with his friends. And I'm going to be the only girl. Agh, a nightmare! I don't wanna go but Mom wants me to bond with my cousin and socialize. I can't say no to her, because it's true. Well, not entirely true. I mean, I still meet my classmates and go out with them to the mall. But I suppose I haven't been with my cousin for what? Months? Years? It's been a long time, and it's going to be akward. For me! His got his friends, while I'm alone.

So much for hoping not to.

I wasn't able to write yesterday because mom banned me from the computer all night. Anyway, on to the party and what happend. We started out by greeting our aunts and uncles and they gave a few compliments about us. And my other aunt was talking with my mom and her diet. And the kids were playing with my brother while I just watched them, they were really enrgetic, as in really. And Anton likes punching and tackling my brother and pretending to be Spider-Man. Hahahaha! And Miki was Peter Pan. Don't ask me why. And Sonrisa (the only girl) was tapping my watch as we observed the dynamic trio. Sometimes she would go and join, but when it went a little to far for her she backs out.

Then we just ate, played, played, and so on until the end of the party. Which was around 3 p.m. Then we were supposed to head to my brother's Japanese classes but he realized he forgot some papers and my mom decided to just have it faxed. But the copy was horrible so my brother was complaning. Then, he was really, really crestfallen once we got to his school. But my mom asked if we could have a spare copy from the teacher, and since we were rather early he was able to answer it before class started.

And I pretty much bought a new book as we waited for my brother to finish his classes. I just bought "The Princess and the Goblin" because there really weren't anything else interesting in the kids' section. I wish I was able to go around the whole bookstore, but my mom left and she told me to stay in that spot. Sigh... But when Dad was about to pay for it, I found an interesting book called, "Water Like Chocolates", or something like that. While I was reading the summary, Dad had already bought the book. So I have to wait for the next Tuesday to buy it. "The Princess and the Goblin" is supposed to have a free necklace, but I forgot to ask for it. And Mom is curious so we're going to get it this Thursday. Hehehe... And yet, I feel like buying another book called "Beijing Doll".

Okay...

Posted by sushiluff at 07:54 AM on September 7, 2004.

Okay, so I wasn't able to type "later", as said in my last entry. But the thing was, my brother went to the mall and I had no choice but to come. So, we ended up staying there for at least an hour. Once we got home, I immediately fell on my bed and slept. I was just really tired. Er, by the way, this Tabulas is pretty much a journal. Yeah. Well, truthfully I'm not quite sure what differs between my Tabulas and my Pitas. Although, I'll be updating my Tabulas everyday. I think my Pitas will be updated regularly. I suppose Pitas would be about my life, and what I think of it. While Tabulas would be a journal that explains my life... I'm confused with myself.

Anyway, I have to be going to my grandmother's house later on because it's her birthday. Then the little kids will be all over me again, asking to play tag. Honestly, I suck with kids. It's my brother who's better with them. Heck, I don't understand why when I see a family I think, 'I wanna have a family like that, too.' I guess I'm shy with kids, or I feel that I maybe doing something wrong and the "grown-ups" will scold me for it. I don't like being scolded. I don't.

Agh, unbelievable, really. I have to study for that test that was postponed till tommorow. The internet promotes procrastination, I became a procrastinator because of it.
